Tenor Banjo Scarab
The Scarab model is richly decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays on the fingerboard. In the centre of the headstock is the Scarab emblem in coloured abalone mother-of-pearl.
On request, the beetle can be replaced by an ornament from the third orientation field. The lacquer is glossy, the instrument is more ornate, and there is a folded wooden inlay on the resonator.
All its important components are essentially identical to those used on the more expensive models.
The tuning of the tenor banjo is C, G, D, A, but it can also be tuned like a guitar, i.e. D, G, H, E.
The materials and other components of tenor banjos are identical to five-string models.
