Plectrum President
Plectrum banjo was not very well known or widespread in our country before, but thanks to Ivan Mládek, for example, who has been using it for years, this is gradually changing.
Because the instrument can be tuned with the practical guitar tuning (so called Chicago tuning) EHGD, this instrument can equally replace the guitar banjo. Every guitarist can therefore start playing the banjo from day to day without any learning and enrich the usual monotony of guitar sessions with its sound.
In the world, it is most likely to be found in Dixieland and jazz bands, but where it is tuned DHGC.
The President model is an exclusive model, decorated with intricate patterns. The head is inlaid with mother-of-pearl and framed with a white line. The instrument is made of beautifully flamed maple wood.
