Irish Tenor Banjo Brdy

Because of its lighter weight and flexible use, and its great sound, it is a very popular instrument.

The banjo is tuned in the so-called Irish tuning, i.e. GDAE.

The banjo has a unique mother of pearl inlay - a typical Brdy ornament that resembles a snowflake, however it is 4 joined spruce twigs and 4 beech leaves - one of our most popular designs.

We make this banjo in several modifications - it can be mahogany or maple, lacquered with American nitro or natural shellac lacquer.

For an additional charge, the neck can be decorated with a carving, and the banjo can be assembled with a black head for a crisper sound.
