Plectrum Student

Plectrum banjo was not very well known or widespread before, but this is gradually changing.

Because the instrument can be tuned with the practical guitar tuning (so called Chicago tuning) EHGD, this instrument can equally replace the guitar banjo. Every guitarist can therefore start playing the banjo from day to day without any learning and enrich the usual monotony of guitar sessions with its sound.

In the world, it is most likely to be found in Dixieland and jazz bands, where it is tuned DHGC.

The Student model is a banjo for beginners, but advanced players will appreciate it as well. It is popular not only for its sound, but also for its interesting price.

All important parts are basically identical to those used in more expensive models (tone ring, flange, tuners, etc.). The exception are inlays, which are simple. The finish is matt, the fingerboard is made of rosewood.
